If you would like to buy a Subaru in the Denver Metro Area, buy it from Vic. He told me both the pros and cons of each model i was interested in so I could make decisions as an educated consumer. In addition, he has significant experience in the service department before a transition to sales. He listened to what was important to me in a car and helped me to dive through the details and the applications of each feature. He spoke methodically and with purpose, helping to keep me focused on certain parts of the car buying experience.
I was very grateful to be teamed up with Viktor Biefel. I've worked in sales in the past and I'm aware of the gimmicks and tricks that are used to pressure consumers into "buying now." I really appreciate the time that he took with me to make sure I was getting the right vehicle, and that he never pressured me one bit. Zach took care of me over there, and even filled-up my tank before I left! (see attached photo) I was originally looking at a used 2021 Outback w/about 12k miles, but then I asked Zach about whether or not there were any new cars available, rather than buying used, and he led me to the beautiful new 2022 Outback Touring XT that I now own. Needless to say, I did not appreciate that pressure, and it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth, so I decided to call an audible & go to AutoNation Subaru West, based upon a previous recommendation from a friend, and let me tell you, things could not have worked out better.
I live in BV, and I had planned to buy an Outback from Schomp while in Denver, but after having spent a couple of hours with them the previous Saturday, I had set up an appointment to return & test drive a used Outback that wasn't available at the time because it was being used as a loaner by a service customer, so while I was on my way back there the following Thursday, I received a message that there was another customer looking to put a deposit down & that if I want to hold onto it I would need to put a deposit down.while I'm driving, from over 2 hours away, to a planned appointment.
